O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police either to alter the sections of IPC or to incorporate Section 195-A of IPC in FIR No.266 of 2017.

2.Heard Mr.S.Jayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.Though the petitioner has sought for alteration of the FIR by inclusion of other offences, I am of the view that it is subject to the outcome of the investigation and as such, ends of justice would be secured if the respondent police is directed to file a final report. Accordingly, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in FIR No.266 of 2017 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
