(CRIME NO.103 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before Kariyakoil police every Monday at 10.30 AM respectively until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 15.12.2020 made in MP.No.7418 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.16298 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SP.YUARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that now PRC number has been assigned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7418 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16298 of 2020, dated 15.12.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing.
