ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of the patta which stands in the name of the 3 rd respondent with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Ms.C.N.Prarthana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 & 2.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2025
