ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the revision against the dismissal order passed by the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases (Banking and Financial Institutions), Chennai, in Crl.M.P. No. 441 of 2017 dated 27.08.2024, in connection with CC No. 41 of 2015.

2. Heard Mr.M.Govindaraju, Learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.K.Srinivasan, Learned Government Special Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent (C.B.I) and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.
