Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit for period of two weeks in Crl.O.P No.25307/2021 order dated 24.01.2022 to suurender and to execute sureties and pass such or further orders as this Hon`ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SHANMUGA VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for execution of sureties in pursuance of the anticipatory bail order granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25307 of 2021 dated 24.01.2022. 2.Heard both sides.
