This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.48 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, at Magisterial Level, Nagapattinam District.
2. Heard Mr.C.Emalias, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argued at length. When this Court expressed its opinion to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
