This petition has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to condone the delay of 1519 days in filing the written statement.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, in the interest of justice and that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents in allowing this application, this application is allowed on condition that the applicant pays a cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Varadappa Naidu, Home Orphanage, 479 P + F4W, Chellappa Colony, Sanjeevarayanpet, Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 021 (Contact No.044 - 2595 - 1521), on or before 21.07.2022. In the event of failure on the part of the applicant in paying the said amount within the stipulated time, this application shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
