ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction for disposal of the case in C.C. No. 1478 of 2024, on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that FIR has been registered in Crime No. 36 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 1478 of 2024.

4. Considering the nature of relief sought, this Court directs the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose the case in C.C. No. 1478 of 2024 on it's file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
