Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for a transfer permanently to Kanyakumari Medical College Hospital in the light of the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for her transfer permanently to Kanyakumari Medical College Hospital.

2. The petitioner already approached this Court in W.P.No.2583 of 2024. This court passed an order dated 06.02.202 and directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.01.2024 seeking transfer to Kanyakumari Medical College Hospital.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though this Court directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, now counselling is going on for transfer. Therefore, the petitioner submitted another representation dated 08.02.2024.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling for transfer and consider the request made by the petitioner for her transfer to Kanyakumari District Medical College Hospital on merits in accordance with law.
