The prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2017.
2. Heard Mr.N.A.Sadique, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of this case the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and also pass orders, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
