JUDGMENT

1. Ms.Saraswathi, who appears for the appellants say that the appeal has become infructuous, as the suit has already been disposed of.

2. Mr.Sagadevan, who appears for the respondents also affirms this position.

3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Consequently, the connected pending application shall stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
