This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 120 days in preferring the criminal revision petition in Crl.RC.SR.No.14065 of 2025 against the order passed in C.M.P.No.1009 of

2024 in Crime No.22 of 2023 by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai by an order dated 05.08.2024.

2. Though sufficient opportunity was given to the respondent police, counter has not been filed.

3. Heard and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4.
