This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take proper legal action 2/6
on the complaint dated 06.03.2024 given by the petitioner against the erring persons by evicting respondents 4 and 5 or any other persons claiming under them or acting on their behalf from the premises situated at Door No 42, Palliagaram Village, Madurantankam Taluk, Chengalpattu District 603 108 within a stipulated time and to put back the petitioner into possession as it prevailed on 06.03.2024 and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give proper police protection to the life and property of the partners of the petitioner firm in order to possess and enjoy the property in a lawful manner.
2. Heard Mr.C.Umashankar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, no current paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2024 at the earliest. 3/6

In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
