2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.262 of 2021 was transfered to CCB, Chennai on 09.03.2021 and the same is pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police/CCB, Chennai is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police/ CCB, Chennai shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry. Till then, the respondent police/ CCB, Chennai is directed not to arrest the petitioner.
