Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to furnish a copy of the final report along with the enquiry report in 174 Cr.P.C., Proceedings filed by them in the above crime No.1140 of 2013 before the Jurisdictional Metropolitan Magistrate to enable her to file protest petition under 190 Crpc in the above crime No.1140 of 2013 within a reasonable time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Abdul Razack For Respondents : Mr.D.Vairamoorthy Special Government Pleader for RR1 to 3.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to furnish a copy of the final report along with the enquiry report in 174 Cr.P.C., Proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed by them in crime No.1140 of 2013 before the Jurisdictional Metropolitan Magistrate to enable her to file protest petition under 190 Cr.P.C in the above Crime No.1140 of 2013 within a reasonable time.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has became infructuous in view of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner has been furnished with the copy of the final report by the learned Special Government Pleader. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a protest petition if, she still aggrieved. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
