ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to forbear the respondents from allotting extra space, available to an extent of 98 Sq. ft. in front of the petitioner's shop to any third party, pending compliance of the orders of this Court in WP No.31400 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025. 2.
Mr.B.Sanjay Balachander, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for respondents.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents has placed on record the proceedings dated 23.03.2026, passed by the respondent on the petitioner's representation, wherein the petitioner's representation has been rejected.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that till date, the order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the respondents has not been received by the petitioner.

A copy of the order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the respondents
rejecting the petitioner's representation has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner today. In view of the same, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Without challenging the said order, the present writ petition seeking to forbear the respondents from allotting the subject extent of 98 sq. ft. to any third party cannot be entertained. 6.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the respondents rejecting the petitioner's request, in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
