O R D E R
This Civil Revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2012 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, chengalpattu.
2. Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 1/4
would submit that the suit was being adjourned on the ground that another suit in O.S.No.219 of 2017 which was pending before the Sub Court, Tambaram, was sought to be transferred to the District Court, Chengalpattu to be heard along with O.S.No.36 of 2012.

He would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Civil Revision petition, the transfer petition in O.P.No.49 of 2017 was dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge and the said order was confirmed by this Court in CRP No.1231 of 2019 by order dated 08.04.2019. Therefore, according to the counsel, there is no prohibition or difficulty in the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu hearing the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2012 which is at the stage of argument. He would also point out that the plaintiff's argument is over.
4. Mr.N.A.Nissar Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the factual statements made by Mr.K.M.Ramesh, counsel for the petitioner.
5. Considering the above and the fact that the suit is actually in 2/4
the argument stage for the past one year, the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of two months from the date on which normal physical Court functioning is resumed at Chengalpattu and the learned Principal District Judge is directed to forward a report of such disposal to this Court.
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
