Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 4th respondent vide Na.Ka.03/2024/A1/Tha.Ma.Va.A-II/Kancheepuram dated 13.3.2024, in respect of survey Nos.40/2-B and 44/2, and Na.Ka.03/2024/A1/Tha.Ma.Va.A/Kancheepuram dated 15.3.2024 in respect of survey No.44/3 issued in the name of Ramalinga Nayanar and Na.Ka.03/2024/A1/Tha.Ma.Va.A /Kancheepuram dated 15.3.2024, in respect of survey Nos.56/4 issued in the name of Amirtha Ammal by the 4th respondent under section 3(2) of the Tamilnadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil nadu Act 10 of 1999) and the impugned notification vide GO.Ms.No.271 dated 13.10.2021 vide gazette No.479 dated 13.10.

2021 issued by the 1st respondent and also the consequential impugned notification under section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 issued by the 2nd respondent in G.O.Ms.No. 101 vide No.VI(1)/130(b-1) /2025 dated 03.03.2025 in respect of the petitioners property in respect of the survey No.44/2 to an extent of 43 cents and survey No.44/3 to an extent of 49 cents and in survey No. 56/4 to an extent of 44 cents and also the another consequential impugned notification under section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 issued by the 2nd respondent in G.O.Ms.51 Vide No. VI(1) 78(A-1)/2025 dated 05.02.2025 in respect of the petitioners property situated in survey no.

40/2B to an extent of 33 cents as ultra-vires and to quash the same in so far as the lands of the petitioner is concerned to an extent of 33 cents situated in survey No.

an extent of 43 cents situated in survey No.44/2 to an extent of 44 cents situated in survey No.56/4 and 49 cents situated in survey No.44/3 in all totalling 1 Acre and 69 cents, situated in No.13, Mahadevi Mangalam Village, Sriperumbadur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
