Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent made in proceedings No.Nil dated 18.4.2017 published online of the website of the third respondent under the heading "Solid and Liquid based Management Scheme Pushcart 2016-2017" and quash the same in so far as the rejection of the tender of the petitioner is concerned regarding Technical Bid submitted pursuant to the tender for rate contract for the supply of pushcart for garbage handling and direct the third respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for the Technical Bid and Price Bid as on merits and the tender conditions along with other eligible tenderers including the fourth respondent.

O R D E R
The tender notice, issued by the third respondent, in respect of Solid and Liquid Based Management Scheme Pushcart 2016-2017, is under challenge in this writ petition.
2. The learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, made a submission that though the project was already completed, based on the work allotment order given in favour of the fourth respondent, the larger issues are to be addressed.
3. This Court is of an opinion that if at all the writ petitioner is aggrieved from and out of the execution of the work or otherwise, it is left open to the writ petitioner to file a complaint or otherwise before the authorities concerned. However, in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition, this Court is of an opinion that the cause aroused for filing the writ petition became vanished. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also
closed.
