PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the respondent Nos.1 to 3 from permitting the fourth respondent from functioning further as Dean in-charge. O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF PROHIBITION, prohibiting the respondent Nos.1 to 3 from permitting the fourth respondent from functioning further as Dean in-charge.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has challenged the appointment of the fourth respondent as Dean in-charge for the third respondent Institute. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent is not eligible for the post of Dean in-charge for the third respondent Institute.

3.According to the learned Government Pleader (Pondy), without approaching the authorities concerned, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. 4.Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to approach the Governing body and make his representation. If any such representation is made, the authorities concerned is directed to consider the same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
