This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to consider and pass order on the revision petition dated 07.01.2023 against the order of dismissal from service dated 17.10.2022 made in G.O.(D) No.201, Commercial Taxes and Registraion (H1) 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 07.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
