Seeking measurement and sub division of the property in Survey No.32, situated at Thottipalayam Village, Tiruppur Circle, the petitioner made a representation on 06.01.2014. The said request has been made based upon the title through registered Doc.No.6933/2009. As the said application is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 & 6 as well as the fourth respondent. 3.Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 06.01.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and third party if any.
4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
