The writ petition has been filed invoking the Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a nature of writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2015 and grant permission for running bunk shop at No.38/14, Narasingapuram, Chinthadripet, Chennai 600 002 or allot a new alternative and suitable site to the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, it is reasonable to direct the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
