PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to file the final report on the FIR No.30 of 2019 dated 14.02.2019 against the second respondent to fifth respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file the final report on the FIR No.30 of 2019 dated 14.02.2019 against the second respondent to fifth respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.30 of 2019 and the case has been referred as mistake of fact. The respondent has also served RCS notice to the petitioner on 15.02.2019 itself and endorsement also got from the complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report by filing appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court as per the mandate of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of "Union Public Service Commission Vs. S.Papaiah and others" reported in (1997) 7 SCC 614.
