2. The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime Nos. 24 of 2020 registered against him under Section 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(2) IPC, Crime No. 25 of 2020 in respect of offences under Section 392 and 397 IPC and Crime No. 26 of 2020 in respect of offences under Section 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 397, 307 and 506(2) IPC. All these offences were said to have been committed on the same date i.e., on 15.01.2020. The charge against the petitioner who has been shown as accused No.5 is that he has engaged in snatching mobile phones and bags while riding on motor bikes.
3. Considering the nature of the offences and the prevailing situation, I do not think, the petitioner could be favoured with an order enlarging him on bail. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
