Mr.A.K.Jayaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the goods have been released and an order of adjudication has been passed and the petitioner challenged the order in appeal 2.The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing on behalf of Revenue does not have any written instructions but the counsel for the petitioner submits that goods have already been released.
