The learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner/tenant makes a statement that the tenant has vacated and handed over possession. He further submitted on

instructions that he is not pressing the present Revision and that he may be permitted to withdraw the same. He has also made necessary endorsement to that effect on the reverse of Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the aforesaid endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
