This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case against Mallika and her husband Guhan on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2018 vide CSR No.75/2018 and investigate the same within such period.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
