ORDER

By this application, the revocation petitioner seeks permission to file the documents described in the schedule to the Judge's summons.

2. The documents mentioned at Sl. Nos.1 & 2 are electronic copies of the minutes of board meetings where the relevant resolution authorising the institution of proceedings or adducing of evidence was passed. The document at Sl. No.3 is the certificate under Section 63(4) of the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 in relation to prior art documents.

3. Learned counsel for the contesting respondent submits that the applicant is endeavoring to fill up the lacunae exposed in course of the trial. 2/4

4. Considering the nature of the documents and the fact that latitude should be extended with regard to documents relating to authorisation, notwithstanding the objections raised by the contesting respondent, this application is allowed. However, it will be open to the contesting respondent to raise objections inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof in course of trial.
