This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offence as Sections 294(b), 324 and 397 of IPC instead of Sections 294(b), 324, 326, 392 and 397 of IPC and also to amend the remand date as 17.12.2023 instead of 16.12.2023 in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5529 of 2024 dated 06.03.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking bail in Crl.O.P.No.5529 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 06.03.2024.
