ORDER

Though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 14.09.2015 bearing Order No.4367/11/Aa7/Ve, in and by which the 2nd respondent was appointed as the Muthawali, however, the period for which the 2nd respondent was appointed as Muttawali itself got expired as early as 17.08.2018 and therefore, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
