For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 28.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.2371 of 2020, the Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order dated 02.06.2023 passed by this Court, the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the petitioner.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order of this Court, it is seen that there is no wilful default committed by the respondent.
