Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS to direct the respondents to produce the detenue namely for the premature release in considering the G.O.(Ms.1155) detenue Rizwan Basha, Life Convict No.9154, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue for the premature release, based on the Government Order in G.O. (Ms.1155).

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the detenue namely, Mr.Rizwan S/o Kamal Basha, life Convict No.9154 confined in Central https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prison, Coimbatore, passed away on 11.03.2018. 2.Since, the detenue is expired, no further consideration is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition as the relief sought for has become infructuous. Hence, this petition stands closed as infructuous.
