Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.ILAYAPERUMAL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to comply all conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18549 of 2020 dated 11.02.2021 including to deposit the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) to credit of Crime No.881 of 2020 and to execute the sureties as directed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and four weeks time is granted from today i.e. 01.04.2021 to the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) to credit of Crime No.881 of 2020 and to execute the sureties as directed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
