The Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P. No.6958 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 2045 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent namely M.Duraisamy in the above CMA No.1318 of 2018. The C.M.P. No.6959 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the said M.Duraisamy in the above CMA No.1318 of 2018. The C.M.P. No.6960 of 2023 is filed to bring the proposed legal representatives of the said M.Duraisamy, as respondents 5 to 7 in the above appeal.

2. Though steps were taken and notice were served to the respondents and their names also printed in the cause list, none appeared. However, the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is satisfied. Therefore, these petitions are ordered.
