Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent relating to the order in proceedings No.A1/17211/2014, dated 01.12.2014 (signed on 04.12.2014), quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondent to allow the petitioner to continue to serve in the same post/station and pass such further orders as this Court deems fit.
