ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to restrain from harassing the petitioners in connection with FIR No.1229 of 2015 dated 07.06.2015 on the file of the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is seen that the 1st petitioner's son is involved in Crime No.1229 of 2015 for offences under Sections 365 and 307 IPC and that he has not yet been apprehended. Therefore, the police are constrained to very frequently go in search of the petitioner's son for apprehending him.

4.Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioners could be given and the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the investigation. During the investigation, the petitioners shall not be harassed by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
