[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed in BCDFGISSSV No.32/2017 dated 14.01.2017 by the Detaining Authority against the detenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by name, Sathish @ Saaman Sathish @ Sathish Kumar, aged about 25 years, S/o.Boopathy, residing at No.122, Kamarajar Colony, Kannammapet, T.Nagar, Chennai-17 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the Detention Order in question has been already quashed, by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.1018 dated 28.02.2017 and a copy of the same has been submitted. Wherein, it has been clearly stated that the Detention Order in question passed against the detenu has already been quashed.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
