The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider and pass suitable orders on my representation dated 08.11.2017 on the basis of elaborate guidelines stated in G.O.(Ms).No.111, Higher Education Department, dated 21.03.1999.
2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the incentive agreement as per the Government Orders has not been granted for possessing the additional qualification of Ph.D. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner possessed the qualification of Ph.D. and made an application to the Competent Authority for sanctioning of advanced incentive increment. The representation submitted by the writ petitioner in this regard to the respondent on 08.11.2017 is yet to be considered. 4.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 08.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the relevant Government Orders along with the orders passed in this writ petition.
5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
