Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who has restrained the defacto complainant's lorry, tried to attack the driver with hand and by rod for not giving way.

2.Since the petitioner is absconding from the date of occurrence, earlier anticipatory bail was dismissed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) produced the photographs, in which, the petitioner herein was carrying a sword like weapon, which is about 3 feet length seen wielding it towards the driver of the defacto complainant and thereby caused damages to the defacto complainant's vehicle. Hence this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on 02.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4916 of 2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Now again the second anticipatory bail petition is filed without referring about the earlier dismissal. Any how, since there is no change in circumstances the manner in which the petitioner herein has indulged in brutal attack in a public road, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
