J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN J.) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.16 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions

Court, Tiruppur, dated 27.11.2018 and to enlarge him on bail.

2. Since the typed set of papers has already been made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal, which has been pending since 2023, for final disposal. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant seeks a short accommodation to advance arguments in the appeal.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. Registry is directed to list the main appeal in Crl.A.No.357 of 2023 under the caption ''For Arguments'' on 15.12.2025.
