ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein using JCB and tipper lorry has clandestinely transported red sand by camouflage as waste.
2. However the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have engaged JCB for removal of waste by the Corporation from Jalakandapuram Town Panchayat.

4.Considering the nature of the allegations made against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
