Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2017 regarding demarcation of four boundaries of the schedule mentioned property admeasuring to an extent of Ac.9.71 3⁄4 cents comprised in S.F.Nos.749,753,757 and 758 situated at 2nd Street, Royapuram South in Thottipalayam village in Wards No.26 and 27 in Thiruppur Municipal limit and Thiruppur District. Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and by consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

21.10.2017 regarding demarcation of four boundaries of the schedule mentioned property admeasuring to an extent of Ac.9.71 3⁄4 cents comprised in S.F.Nos.749,753,757 and 758 situated at 2nd Street, Royapuram South in Thottipalayam village in Wards No.26 and 27 in Thiruppur Municipal limit and Thiruppur District.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
