This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.73 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent/Police.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.73 of 2024, final report was filed through e-filing on 16.03.2024 in e-filing No.LTN20220001970C202400114 before the Sessions Court, Villupuram.
3. Since the first respondent/Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the learned Sessions Judge concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
