ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections120, 409, 419, 420 and 448 of IPC in Crime No.99 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioners herein are Supervisor and Salesman of the Tasmac shop. In the course of the investigation, it is found that they have handed over the entire shop to one Sakthivel who is the third party and he was not present in the place of an occurrence. The petitioners are absconding.

3. Considering the gravity of the crime committed, the facts could be brought into light, only if the petitioners are secured and taking them into custody for interrogation, therefore, this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
