This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.291 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.291 of 2022, the charge sheet has been filed on 01.11.2022 and the same has been taken cognizance on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
