(Order of the Court was passed by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) These Petitions have been brought before this Court by way of lunch motion by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner stating that the Petitioner is not inclined in prosecuting these cases and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
