O R D E R

With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to provide Police protection to fence the petitioner's house site measuring 2178 sq.ft., in New S.F.No.264/28D1, Ariyappampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District as per the sale deed dated 08.01.2018 (Doc.No.128/2018) by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2025 (CSR No.50/2025) as per the law laid down in 2014 (2) CTC 695.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the complaint dated 17.02.2025 (CSR No.50/2025) made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the second and third respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to

them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law ss per the law laid down in 2014 (2) CTC 695, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
