This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 10.06.2013 passed in A.S.NO.7/2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge of Erode, Erode District confirming the decree and judgment dated 19.10.2012 passed in O.S.No.59/2011 by the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties out of the Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the grounds of Appeal.
