The learned counsel for the petitioner says that since, the petitioner has already been enrolled by the Bar Council, the captioned Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous and therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition. 1.1. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the paper book.
